Cancellations/Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy: A cancellation processing fee of $50.00 applies to this booking.

To receive a refund of your booking, at least two days notice prior to arrival is required. Less than two days notice will result in no refund of the 1st nights accommodation payment. This includes no shows and cancellation of nights after arrival.

Please note: Special events and promotional room rates/offers a no cancellation policy applies, which means, no refunds or changes permitted. All and amendments must be received in writing. Refunds will only be made the to the credit card debited for the original transaction, minus the $50 processing fee.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on a per night basis and include GST of 15%.

The customers Credit Card will be charged in full at time of booking. 100% payment will be collected.

Any outstanding charges at departure, must be settled directly with the Motel in New Zealand Dollars.

The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate. Fluctuations – This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand Dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.

Rates do not apply to conferences, conventions or special events for which contracted rates and special terms and conditions are available on request.

Reservations: Payment will be taken in full at time of booking and Proof of ID will be required on arrival and presentation of credit card.

Age: You must be 18yrs or over. All reservations made through this web site must be accompanied by credit card details and will the card will be debited the full amount at the time of reservation.

Arrival and Departure Times: Check in time is 2pm – 9.30pm (Outside these times please contact us) Check out time is 10am.

Subject to the accommodation status on the day of departure, late check-out may be available, please check with reception should you require this facility.
